The collection and automated processing of personal data is intended to maintain the commercial relationship and carry out information, training, advisory tasks and other activities of FERSUTER SL.

FERSUTER SL will process your personal data collected through the SPORTSMATCH.PRO website for the following purposes:

1. In case of contracting the goods and services offered through SPORTSMATCH.PRO, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service.
2. Sending information requested through the forms available on SPORTSMATCH.PRO.
3. Sending newsletters, as well as commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising from SPORTSMATCH.PRO and the sector.

Data retention in compliance with LSSI

FERSUTER SL informs that, as a data hosting service provider and by virtue of the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of hosted data and the moment when the service began to be provided. The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or the relevant Ministry that so requires.

The communication of data to State Security Forces will be carried out in accordance with personal data protection regulations.

Intellectual property rights SPORTSMATCH.PRO

FERSUTER SL holds all copyright, intellectual property, industrial, know-how and any other rights related to the contents of the SPORTSMATCH.PRO website and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.

Reproduction, publication and/or non-strictly private use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the SPORTSMATCH.PRO website is not permitted without prior written consent.

The user must respect third-party programs made available by FERSUTER SL, even if they are free and/or publicly available.

FERSUTER SL holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights over the software.

The user does not acquire any right or license for the contracted service regarding the software necessary to provide the service, nor the technical service monitoring information, except for the rights and licenses necessary to fulfil the contracted services and only for their duration.

For any action exceeding the performance of the contract, the user will need written authorization from FERSUTER SL. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure and files of FERSUTER SL's servers, and assumes civil and criminal liability for any incident that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of their negligent or malicious action.

The use of FERSUTER SL services contrary to intellectual property legislation is prohibited, in particular:

• Use that is contrary to Spanish laws or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of FERSUTER SL, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory.
• Cracks, program serial numbers or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in contravention of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
• The use of the domain's mail server and email addresses to send unwanted bulk mail.

The user bears full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hyperlinks, third-party claims and legal actions regarding intellectual property.

The user is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations in force and the rules relating to the operation of the online service, electronic commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.

The user will indemnify FERSUTER SL for any expenses arising from FERSUTER SL being implicated in any matter for which the user is responsible, including legal fees and defence costs, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

FERSUTER SL performs backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as said data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content preserved in backup copies made by FERSUTER SL when such loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a rate will be determined according to the complexity and volume of recovery, always with the user's prior acceptance.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the content loss is due to causes attributable to FERSUTER SL.
